MHMRA Audit Internal Ethics Line The creation of the Ethics Line by the Audit Department, along with the Board Audit Committee is to establish procedures for:  1) The receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints received by the Agency regarding accounting, internal controls and auditing matters.  2) The confidential, anonymous submission by employees of questionable accounting or auditing matters.
