MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Eligibility Process to Access Outpatient Mental Health Services
Intake process offered on a walk-in basis

Individuals, parents and legal guardians seeking services may call The Harris Center's Patient Information Line at 713-970-7000, option 2, to obtain information on services available and required documentation and paperwork needed to assess eligibility for services.

For Children and Adolescents 3-17 Years of Age

Parents/legal guardians should bring their children and/or adolescents for whom they are seeking services to The Harris Center's Southwest Children's Clinic located at 9401 Southwest Freeway, 4th floor, Houston, 77074, from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Monday-Friday. No appointment is needed, and walk-ins are processed until daily slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Adults

Adults may visit any of The Harris Center’s four outpatient clinics from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Monday-Friday. No appointment is needed, and walk-ins are processed until daily slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The clinics are located at:

  • Northwest Community Service Center, 3737 Dacoma, 77092
  • Northeast Community Service Center, 7200 North Loop East Freeway, 77028
  • Southwest Community Service Center, 9401 Southwest Freeway, 3rd Floor, 77074
  • Southeast Community Service Center, 5901 Long Drive, 77087
*Adults on parole or probation may visit the New START Clinic located at 6032 Airline Dr., 77076


Proceso para obtener Servicios Ambulatorios de Salud Mental
Las evaluaciones iniciales son ofrecidas en las clínicas por orden de llegada mientras haya cupo ese día

Llame a nuestra Línea de Información para Pacientes al 713-970-7000, opción 2, para obtener información sobre los servicios disponibles y para consultar con detalle la lista completa de documentos que deben traer según su caso.

Para niños y adolescentes de 3-17 años de edad

Los padres/tutores legales deben llevar a sus hijos quienes necesitan servicios a la clínica ubicada en 9401 Southwest Freeway, 4to piso, entre las 7:30 de la mañana y las 3 de la tarde de lunes a viernes.. No se requiere cita, y las personas son atendidas por orden de llegada mientras haya cupo ese día.

Para los adultos

Los adultos pueden visitar cualquiera de nuestras cuatro clínicas ambulatorias entre las 7:30 de la mañana y las 3 de la tarde de lunes a viernes. No se requiere cita, y las personas son atendidas por orden de llegada mientras haya cupo ese día.
